1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering with or using Spire Athletic Club services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Membership and Registration
Membership is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
3. League Participation
By participating in Spire leagues, you agree to abide by all league rules, schedules, and decisions made by Spire staff and referees. Spire reserves the right to suspend or remove any player or team for violations of league rules or conduct standards.
4. Code of Conduct
All players and attendees must conduct themselves with respect and sportsmanship at all times. Harassment, physical altercations, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.
5. Payments and Fees
League fees are due at the time of registration. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable once a season begins. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the season start may be eligible for credit toward a future season. If Spire cancels due to insufficient enrollment, full refunds will be issued.
7. Waiver of Liability
Athletic participation carries inherent risks. By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including injury, illness, and property damage. You release Spire Athletic Club, its officers, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims arising from your participation.
8. Media Release
By participating in Spire events, you consent to the use of your likeness in photographs, videos, and other media for promotional and marketing purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and app including logos, text, graphics, and software is the property of Spire Athletic Club and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Spire Athletic Club's liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the current registration period. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.
